(from now on referred to as "the company"). When using the web, the user accepts and agrees to these conditions, which are subject to change at any given moment. Users are, therefore, subject to all conditions, warnings or regulations regarding contents or specified services and required to fulfill these General Terms and Conditions.

II.- Services

Available web services are those offered on the website at any moment, all of which are, unless otherwise specified, free of charge. The use of some services requires prior user registration.

III.- Exclusion of responsibility

The company does not guarantee web operation, service or content availability and continuity. Where possible, the company will give prior warning of such interruptions. The company takes no responsibility for damages that may take place due to failure or discontinuity of the web or any other of its services or for access errors to different web pages or those of other companies offering given services.

IV.- Website use

The user agrees to use the web and services in accordance with the law and regulations laid down in the General Terms and Conditions, including accepted principles of morality, good practice and public order. The user will, consequently, abstain from using the web or its services for illicit purposes or against the General Terms and Conditions or in any way that may be harmful to, or permanently damage third party rights and interests. Likewise, unless prior authorisation has been specifically granted by the company, the user will abstain from obtaining, or trying to obtain, texts, graphics, drawings, sound, image or photographic files, videos, software or any material available through the web or its services using means other than those made available for such purposes by the company or those typically designed for this purpose on the Internet.

V.- Exclusion of responsibility for use of website and services

The company does not, and is not obliged to, control the use of the web and its services by users. It, therefore, does not guarantee user compliance with the law, the General Terms and Conditions and other established terms. The company does not take responsibility for any damages that may take place due to the incorrect, inappropriate or inadequate use of the web and its services by users

VI.- Exclusion of responsibility for content

All contents of the webpage are supplied in good faith by the company using information from both internal (prepared by the company) and external sources. Consequently, and due to the quantity of accessible information, the company is unable to guarantee that information is either accurate or up-to-date, although it makes every effort to do so. The company does not guarantee the use of the web and its services for any specific activity or the suitability of contents for personal use. As a result, webpage access and the use of information, content and services are the sole responsibility of the user.

The company is not responsible, either directly or indirectly, for any content, information, communication, opinion or statement communicated, broadcasted, transmitted or published by users or any third party person or body on the web.

VIII.- Exclusion of responsibility for content and services outside the web

The web provides users with technical link mechanisms, whether direct links, directories or search engines, which allow access to webpages or websites managed by a third party. The company claims no ownership of these sites and does not market or offer their contents or services. It, therefore takes no responsibility, either direct or indirect, for these webpages or websites.

IX.- Intellectual and Industrial Property

All contents, including names, logos, brands and databases accessible through the webpages are subject to company and third party industrial and intellectual property rights. Access to the webpages will in no way be construed as relinquishment or total or partial transfer of such rights. Similarly, access does not confer rights to use, alter, exploit, reproduce, distribute or publicly communicate contents or industrial property assets without prior company or third party owner authorization, except the rights to view and copy for solely personal use by the user, acting in good faith in accordance with applicable law and regulations.

X.- Data Protection

In accordance with this Legal Information and the Organic Law 15/1999 on Personal Data Protection, the company wishes to inform users of its politics of data protection in order that users can freely and voluntarily decide if they wish to provide personal information that may be required for subscription or registrations purposes.
